Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
